Right now, that is not true.  One day it will be true.  Until then, prayer is just a way to have a conversation with Daddy God.  Jesus talked with Him all of the time.  The Lord’s prayer is just one of His prayers to His Father.  Another prayer is the one in the book of John, where He prayed for all who would follow Him, and would come after His death.  If you ever had a doubt about His love for us, please read what He prayed.  His love cannot be equaled except by His Father in Heaven.

John 17 in its entirety shows how much He cared what happened to all of us who love Him.  He knew that there were to be tough times ahead.  Please do not doubt Him.  The world does that all by itself.  If you are not sure about how to pray, the Lord’s prayer is the perfect prayer, starting at Matthew chapter 6, verse 9.  Following His lead will  give you a good place to start.
