James Raymond Moore aka Jesse ‘Two Moons ‘Moore, Sonny
January16, 1938 - October 28, 3008
Biker, Soldier, Preacher, Friend, Brother, Uncle
He served in the army Rangers, fought in Korea and other places. He rode with the Hells Angels for a while. He traveled all over this country. He was led to the Lord Jesus by friends in Texas City, Texas. He became a preacher and evangelist and started a group called El Shaddai’s Warriors. I have learned that there are now clubs all over this country. He developed cancer of the lungs and died in a VA Hospital Hospice bed. We will miss him.
He has a half-brother called Ronald, and a niece called Gail. We do not know where to find them so they can know what happened to their family member. He will be missed.

A bunch more people need prayer for various needs. Here they are:
Besiiee - allergies + nasal problems
Tom - eyes + surgery
Mollie - wisdom +emotions
Lura - computer problems
Steve - salvation
Jess - healing + justice
These are serious requests that have been brought up. All of your prayers are appreciated.
Jess is now in the Temple, Texas VA Hospital, but there are a lot of things that have happened to him that need to be put right. It is all in God’s hands for Him to take care of the situation. My husband and I both write on this blog, and we also need prayer to get rid of the anger that we feel concerning the treatment that Jess had received at the hands of a ’supposed’ friend. We cannot give details, but God does know what, and who, and why. We just need to shed the anger, so it does not drag us down, too.
Thank You for your prayers.

I was just told some disturbing news today. I have a great neice who has been raped, violently.
She ended in the hospital with broken ribs, bruises all over and ripped in a private place. Stitches were needed. She works in a public place and with her injuries might not be able to work for a while. The rapist admitted to police what he had done. I do not know if he had yet been Mirandized by the police.
I am calling her ‘N’ to protect her privacy. Please pray for her and her husband, He threw the rapist against the wall when caught in the act of rape. This whole situation needs urgent prayer, please.

I had posted an article asking prayer for a family member. We recently had confirmation that he will soon be transferred down close to us so we can visit him. This is something to be thankful for. He still needs healing in his body and spirit because of all the things going on, however, being able to finally visit him face-to-face will be wonderful. He loves the Lord and is trusting in Jesus for answers to more prayers.
As I have mentioned before, his name is James Moore (aka Jesse Two Moons).
Your continued prayers would be gratfully appreciated.

Family is something that is not talked about much these days. What we see on TV is not always presented accurately. The picture presented of family is sometimes twisted or entirely off from what family really is.
Family can be blood kin folk. Family can be people who choose to associate with each other as other than just close friends. Family does not always agree within the group about things that go on, or things that happen. There is however a love and concern for each other that would not be present with groups that are just associates. Yes, family bicker sometimes, each of us is after all an individual. We will not always agree on everything eye to eye, that’s life, that’s family. Family however, will many times stick together in spite of the differences that may happen between each other. An author that I like to read talked about having a sister-of-the-heart. They were not born sisters, or sisters by marriage, they chose to be each others’ sisters. I find that to be accurate, as I,too, have sisters-of-the-heart.
We can also chose to have family-of-the-heart with others. When we chose to accept Jesus into our lives, we can also choose to accept other believers as family-of-the-heart. We can end up with family all over the world from other countries. No one can say that everything will be perfect, we are each individuals. However each of us was raised, will affect how we respond to different things. That is true with regular blood family also. Why not get yourself a large family? It is not always nice to be alone in this world.

I have written on a couple of other blogs about this situation. My husband and I are concerned. Our brother is in the V.A. TCUB at the Dallas VA. He has cancer, congestive heart failure, and blood clots, he is worried about losing his belongings along with the worry for his health.
The man he had been renting from is also causing some problems. He has claimed Jesse’s van and his pets. He says many different things about Jesse’s things: Jesse gave him the van, then he claims that it is not running, then he claims that he traded it for a motorcycle, then he claims that he bought it. We cannot get any straight answers from this man.
Please pray for: James Moore (aka Jesse Two Moons
With all of his health problems, he does not need the concern for other things added to his load.

Time is short. It is also getting shorter. Many have heard this for many years, but when you look at all of the things going on it can give you a sick feeling.
Countries are having more and more trouble with their finances. The USA is not the only one. International banks are co-operating and lowering their interest rates en-mass. Why didn’t they do this before things got so desperate? It wasn’t time. Do I believe in the last days? YES, I do. Do I believe that these are last days? I don’t know, but I want to be ready.
There are so many that have no direction. They are lost, they do not know where to turn. I make the suggestion that they turn to Jesus. He hs answers for them if they will only ask Him. At the top of the page, I have an article called “Too Late To Pray”.
Please do not let it get too late for you. I do not have the answers, but Jesus does. He has a wonderful retirement plan if you decide for Him.

People have asked what can be in common with all types of people? How do we expect to get along? Love, God’s love. That’s how.
God’s creatures do not seem to have the same trouble. I have seen pictures of a mamma tiger who started to grieve herself to death until she was given baby pigs to nurse and take care of. I would not want to try to harm any of those pigs now. I have seen other pictures of other creatures that adopt species that are in no way connected to their own.
If these different species can learn how to love another that would otherwise be food, or an enemy, why can’t we?

Here are some more prayer requests that have been requested:
Sonny - in VA hospital with cancer, congestive heart failure, blook clots, trouble breathing
Debbie C - cancer
Mike & family - in Texas City trying to recover from Hurricane Ike
Aubrey & family - also in Texas City trying to recover from Hurricane Ike
Steve - troubled mind, spirit
Hurricane Survivors - recovery of utilities, property clean up, belongings destyroyed, financial loss, loss of friends and loved ones.
Any and all prayer for these needs would be appreciated. Storm damage can sometimes be so comprehensive that it cannot be understood, unless you have gone through it yourself. The simple things that we are used to like: running water, electricity, a place to live, food to eat, a way to prepare food are many times missing and hard to reacquire. This isn’t even talking about those with medical problems and needs. Storms can do strange things when they hit. Hurricanes even more than most.
