Welcome back!

There was something that came to me as I laid down last night.  I have had many names in my life.  I have been daughter, friend, neighbor, sister.  I have had a lot of nick-names, too: AWOL, Sweet Potato, Sunshine, and some which shall not be mentioned here in public.

I am not the only one who has had many names.  Jesus, Himself has gone through many names.  He has been known as:  Emmanuel, Lamb of God, Lion of Judah, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, son of a carpenter, Jew, radical, trouble maker, and other names.

The one name of His that interests me the most is - SAVIOUR.  He is my Lord.  He died on the cross to save me from the many wrongs that I have committed in my life.  The bible calls these things sin.  I am no where in any condition near perfect.  I mess up daily.  Yet, what He did for me and those who also accept Him removes all that we have done wrong.

He is a person with many names.  Which name do you know Him by?   Which name do you want to be remembered by?  Which name will you choose?  I choose saved.
