Welcome back!

We have a brother-in-Christ that lives just down the block from us.  He and his now deceased wife ran 2 restaurants.  He is an excellent cook and sometimes he likes to bring samples down to us to try.

Last month, we had to lay out more money than we had expected and were concerned about making through the month.  Then (miraculously, God still does miracles) our brother brought down soup, meatloaf, and other dishes.  A sister-in-Christ brought down some canned goods that she didn’t want, along with toilet paper.  We did not tell others about our tight circumstances, but we were blessed anyway.

The Lord is gracious in His mercy.  My husband has recovered almost completely from his bout with the flu, I am slowly improving.  When we least expect it, God always comes through and we get through another month when we thought it would be tough.

WE ARE BLESSED.  I do not think that I could ever say that too much.  I want to give God the glory and praise for His mercy.
