Still Here

Welcome back!

I am still here.  It still seems unreal about my sister being gone, but she is.  She loved the Lord greatly, so I know where her spirit is now.

Her husband and her family are in great need for prayer.  This has hit them very hard.  It was totally unexpected for this to happen.

There is one major item of importance that is helping all of us to keep going.  That item is the knowledge that we will be meeting again after our times have come.  The saving Grace through Jesus is what gives us strength to keep going.  We have a bright hope for a tomorrow that is coming and had been promised to us by Jesus.

I praise God for sending his son.  I thank Jesus for His sacrifice.  I continue to give God the glory for the peace that I feel inside, inspite of missing loved ones.

The grief that we feel is real, so is the peace.  Knowing that they all loved the Lord, and have gone to be with Him, keeps us going.

If you have had a loved one die, you understand that the grief can be very devastating.  To know that they are in Heaven with the Lord, is a feeling of peace.  I wish that all of you could have this peace through Jesus.  With Him as my Lord and Saviour, I have a retirement plan that the world cannot beat. :)
